LionTamers is a 12-step, Christian recovery program that begins the healing process of multi-generational family dysfunctions so that their children and grandchildren will have a chance at personal lifetime recovery.

An accurate assessment of these kinds of problems will completely change the way pastors, the church staff, and church counselors approach their personal counseling.

How do we know?  We have first-hand knowledge and experience with personal and family recovery through the LionTamers Anonymous Christian 12-step program.

Starting a LionTamers Christian support group is an awesome responsibility for church leaders.  The leaders must be willing to spend time in prayer with their brothers and sisters with the same vision and seek God’s confirmation and timing before starting a support ministry.

The leadership must be willing to make a weekly time commitment for prayer, lesson preparation, leadership meetings, do personal contacts, attend facilitator training, and have a willingness to spend unscheduled time on unexpected events that will certainly occur.  It can be overwhelming at times.
